Fab-Tex is Hiring a Service Department Assistant Near Bohemia, NY
Busy truck dealer, fabrication, and service company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Service Department.
Job Description but not limited to:
- Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely response
- Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders.
- Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.
- Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.
- Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.
- Vehicle Tracking - log in info.
- IPad usage.
- Data Entry.
- Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Automotive experience a plus (Cars & Trucks)
A clean NYS driver’s license (preferred)
Hours:
Part-Time
Monday- Friday
8am – 2pm
